VRF, MODULAR CHILLER & AHU INSTALLATION
On behalf of BNP Paribas, the scope of work on this project consisted of a planned phased replacement of fan coils on 7 floors of occupied office space at Birchin Court, City of London.
12 Roof mounted condensers and 2 Mitsubishi Electric E-Series Chillers were crane lifted onto the roof, and 3 AHU’s installed in the basement area to provide fresh air throughout the building.
All plant was integrated into a new Trend IQ4E BMS with all work completed out of hours.
Warranties will remain in place after the defects period and the plant maintained by Frankland Group.
