Since 2017 we have been contracted by Ark Underwriting to undertake regular Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance of the lighting, emergency lighting, lighting control and LPHW and CW fan coils (including BMS) at their location within the Willis Building in the City of London.
The works include support during regular building wide generator tests and periodic electrical testing as well as modifications to under floor power layout during desk relocations.
Challenges are the support of legacy lighting control and phase out of lamp types and emergency lighting fittings.
