Chiller Replacement
Working in partnership with JCK Mechanical Services, the scope of work on this project included the validation of existing services, full mechanical & electrical design, and the removal & disposal of the existing chiller & VRF systems.
The new chiller and roof-mounted VRF condensers were crane lifted to the roof, complete with new DX fan coils installed throughout the 5 floors of this building.
Controls Upgrade including a new Trend IQ BMS system.
The Chiller was installed in an extremely challenging area of plant space on the roof of the building. Precise planning was key to locating the new Chiller in place.
