Frankland (UK) Ltd is a Cheltenham based Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who undertakes project work throughout the UK. We are positioned to work directly for Principal Contractors and Facilities Managers in addition to working to support other lead M&E contractors. We have a series of partners with whom we work closely to offer a range of mechanical and electrical services throughout the commercial sector.
Frankland (UK) Ltd are constantly developing their portfolio of services on offer to clients which effectively will differentiate themselves from competitors and establish a clear position within the market place.
Our aim is to successfully deliver Mechanical and Electrical services to all sectors of the industrial, commercial, and residential markets and, with the support of our partners we are able to offer competitive prices, professional design and reactive delivery.
Procurement
We have established buying agreements in association with our supplier partners representing various manufacturers of mechanical and electrical equipment which gives us a competitive edge within the market place.
A supply chain of competent specialists is imperative to the expansion of our service proposition. All our Specialists must meet our approval criteria and Health & Safety standards. Assessment reviews are undertaken annually.
Health & Safety
It is the policy of Frankland (UK) Ltd to do all that is reasonably practicable to ensure that the highest priority is given to the health, safety and welfare of its employees, customers, contractors, visitors and any other person who may be affected by its work activities.
This will be achieved by the creation of a positive health and safety culture, involving the contribution of employees at all levels and requiring that health and safety considerations be taken into account within all business decisions.
Environmental & Sustainable Design
We have wide-ranging experience in environmental and sustainable design and the necessary expertise to advise clients and design teams on these issues. We can provide consultancy advice to assist in concept design, planning applications and detailed design stages of projects.
We continually research new engineering design solutions that reduce carbon emissions and we are keen to be involved at an early stage of any project so that we can influence all aspects of the design.

MEP building services is a wide-ranging engineering discipline and an area where many end users experience problems and dissatisfaction. Even when systems are correctly designed and installed, poor commissioning often results in inadequate performance.
We specialise in troubleshooting defective systems and the close management of contractors’ operations to ensure that the systems meet client requirements and pride ourselves on our ability to understand requirements, budgets and programs to provide the right solutions.
